At BHF Highgate Surgery, we value your feedback.

Whether you have a comment, compliment or complaint, we want to hear from you.

Speak to a member of the Team at the practice who will be able to discuss this with you. Where this is a complaint the practice staff will try to resolve your complaint in the first instance.

Alternatively you can complete a patient feedback form which can be provided to you by practice or is available to download below. Simply complete the form and return it to us either via post or email.
